What to Expect
- When you arrive, please sign in. Grab a nametag (blue name tags are set aside for first time visitors, while everyone else gets a black tag), order a beer, and start mingling!
- Around 7pm, we gather together and welcome our first time visitors, and if you’re looking for a new opportunity (employment/social/volunteer), this is your time to tell the whole group. We’ll also give the floor to anyone who is hiring or has an opportunity to share. We’ll take a group photo, then it’s back to open networking!

Veterans Beer Club is a welcoming, inclusive group. Before you attend one of our events, please take a moment to read and understand what we expect of you.

- Be safe. Please drink responsibly, drive safely, and be respectful of our members who choose not to drink.
- No aggressive self-promotion/marketing. Unless you’re a recruiter invited by leadership, please refrain from soliciting our members. Your career can come up naturally in your conversations with other members, but aggressive “always be closing” sales pitches aren’t welcome at our meetups.
- Have fun! The whole point of the Veterans Beer Club is to bring us together and create opportunities for ourselves and others, socially and professionally. We encourage you to come to as many meetups as you can, talk to as many people as you can, and create professional and personal relationships that will benefit you (and others) now and in the future.
